In addition to ten plus years of real estate experience, Kelly owned and managed a landscaping business that he grew to over 300 weekly clients and 12 full-time employees. This brought Kelly into hundreds of neighborhoods throughout the Twin Cities area. Kelly learned first hand that excellent customer service and keeping his word is the groundwork for any successful business.

    During Kelly's two-year transitional period from the Landscaping Business to Real Estate, he maintained valuable knowledge of the twin cities metro area and obtained invaluable new construction and remodeling knowledge while working for Scherer Brothers Lumber Company. These experiences's put Kelly inside thousands of homes priced from $100,000 to over $5,000,000. He witnessed new construction and remodeling from the ground up.

    His sales career in real estate started with Burnet Realty's 50th and France office in Edina, (now Coldwell Banker Burnet or CBB). In addition to being a Realtor® at CBB for five years, Kelly also worked with IBR in Chanhassen (Independent Brokers Realty) and was the Assistant Broker at Re/Max Real Estate Group in Golden Valley for an additional three-year period.

    Kelly's experience enables him to share with his clients the difference between two properties, that, at first glance, may look similar, but the quality, value, or resale may be worlds apart. In addition, Kelly attends all home inspections for his buyer(s), which enables him to have extensive knowledge of what to look for when buying or selling a home. He also has thorough knowledge of how to stage a home and a proven marketing plan to sell your home.
